4. පත්‍රවල පැහැය කොළ පාටයි. 5. මගේ සොහොයුරියට අළුත් පෑනක් තිබේ. 6. නැව මුහුදේ යාත්‍රා කරමින් ඇත. 7. ශාඛ පසේ වැඩේ.

I hold a pen with my hand.) I hold a pen in my hand. මම ග්‍රහණය කරනව පෑන මගේ අතින්.
( I live in Polgahawela) I live at Polgahawela. මම වාසය කරන්නේ පොල්ගහවෙල.
(She comes to school by walking.) She comes to school walking. ඇය පාසල් එන්නේ පයින්.

Present Continuous Tense: යම් කිසි දෙයක්න දැන් සිදුවෙමින් පවතී යැ යි පැවසීමේ දී මෙය භාවිහා වේ.
STRUCTURE: {I / We / You / They / He /She / It} + am / is / are + Verb + ing (sing)
Examples: I am singing. We are singing. You are singing. They are singing.
He is signing. She is singing. It is singing.
Exercise: Turn these sentences into English:
1.ඇය කෑම පිසිමින් සිටින්නීය. 2. තාත්තා පිරිසිදු කරමින් සිටියි. 3.මම බත් කමින් සිටිමි.
4. අපි පොත් කියවමින් සිටින්නෙමු. 5. ඔවුහු ක්‍රීඩා කරමින් සිටිති.
